Refund, Exchange and Return Policies

REFUNDS –

Refunds issued for any reason will be refunded in the same method as original payment.

 

EXCHANGE –

You may exchange products purchased within 30 days of ORIGINAL purchase date by contacting us via email at toodimensionalapparel@gmail.com to request a return authorization. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer.  Emails will be answered within 2 business days (48 hours), excluding weekends and major US holidays. 

When requesting your return authorization, please include the following information:

  • Customer name, contact phone number, and shipping address.
  • Order number (this can be found on your packing slip or confirmation email)
  • Item(s) you’d like to exchange.
  • Reason for exchange (ie: wrong size, damage, not as expected).
  • Address to send shipment back to if different then original shipping address.

To complete the exchange:

  • Mail item(s) to address listed on the return authorization form.
  • Write return authorization number on outside of packaging.
  • Include copy of the return authorization form, make sure your customer information is correct.
  • Make sure that the item(s) you’d like to receive as an exchange are the correct size and design (make changes necessary if it is not correct on your return authorization)

Please note that we recommend shipping your returns/exchanges via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Too Dimensional Apparel is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier*

  • We do not accept C.O.D. parcels*
  • Shipping is NOT refundable

Once merchandise has been received:

  • Your exchange will be processed, and new item mailed typically within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
  • If the item(s) you are requesting are unavailable and expect to be back-ordered longer than 7 days, you will be contacted and given the option of waiting for the item to become available or receiving a refund.
  • If the item(s) you are exchanging require a balance due or credit refund, we will use the original payment method to complete the transaction. An email confirmation of this transaction will be sent to the address on file.

 

RETURN –

Once merchandise has been received:

  • We will contact you to confirm the return and process the refund for the full amount of the item including applicable taxes (MINUS SHIPPING FEES) back onto the original card used to purchase the product. Refunds can take anywhere from 7-10 business days to process.
